At Galore Duval Beauty Studio, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide quality products and services. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have outlined the following policy regarding refunds and returns.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds for any purchases made at Galore Duval Beauty Studio. Once a product is sold, the amount paid is non-refundable

Product Exchange

If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased, we offer the possibility of an exchange. The following conditions must be met for an exchange to be approved:

The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.

The product must include its original packaging, labels, and seals intact.

The exchange request must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please visit the beauty studio with the product and the original receipt as proof of purchase.

Our staff will inspect the product to ensure it meets the conditions for an exchange.

If the product qualifies, you may exchange it for another item of equal or higher value. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.

Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for exchange. These include, but are not limited to:
    • Opened skincare items or oils
    • Used beauty tools or products
    • Herbal items once the seal is broken
    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement product is not available, we will assist in finding a suitable alternative.
    • Service-Based Refunds
    • For services such as body sculpting, beauty therapy, lash extensions, microblading, and massages, no refunds or exchanges are provided. Any concerns regarding services must be addressed immediately to ensure prompt resolution.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, it can only be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. The exchange must still comply with the 10-day intact condition rule.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our beauty studio.

For online purchases requiring a return, shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. The item must reach us within the 10-day window to be eligible for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
